CHIVA SOM is a luxury tropical health retreat located in the

Guest Accommodation
In the centre of the Chiva-Som estate lies a cluster of guest pavilions inspired by traditional Thai architecture
surrounded by tropical gardens, lakes and waterfalls. Western-style guest rooms are located at the far end of the
grounds, with the spacious terrace of each room overlooking the Gulf of Siam. With only 57 rooms and suites,
Chiva-Som is an exclusive retreat.
Health & Wellness
More than 150 treatments and activities (including Spa, Holistic, Fitness, and Physiotherapy) are available utilizing
42 treatment rooms. There are 74 qualified therapists on hand and 5 Specialist Consultants who are qualified natural health
practitioners. Facilities include:
Separate male and female wet areas (including sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, relaxation room), Watsu pool, gymnasium, dance
studio, pilates tudio, yoga pavilion, yoga sala, tai chi pavilion and bathing pavilion, complete with an exercise pool,
plunge pool, waterfalls, a large hydro-Jacuzzi, Kneipp therapy foot bath and a unisex multi-level steam room.
Leisure & Fitness Daily Activities
Daily leisure & fitness activities, including Meditation, Thai Boxing, Pranayama, Yoga, Tai Chi, Aqua Aerobics,
Fitball class, Gyrokinesis, Metabolic Breathing, Body Conditioning, etc for guests to join throughout the day, starting
from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Bicycles and kayaks are available for rent.
Chiva-Som Spa Cuisine
Chiva-Som Spa Cuisine is renowned worldwide and has won many awards. A blend of Thai and Western delicacies, the menus
